Once completed, the headquarters of GETEC ENERGIE GmbH in Hannover will become a new regional sales office for GREMX alongside its other European sales offices in London and Madrid.
The acquisition of GETEC ENERGIE GmbH, which strengthens bp's presence in Europe, follows the expansion of GREMX's C&I business in the power and gas sector in the United States through the acquisition of EDF Energy Services in 2022. As stated in the initial January announcement, the acquisition of GETEC ENERGIE GmbH has been fully accounted for within GREMX's disciplined financial framework.
